[Mauiusers] Multiple Jobs slots on single node

Hello

I have a cluster of machines that are dual processors, the default
configuration seems to be one processor one job slots.  I want to
increase the number of job slots from two per node to three per node, is
this possible?  I'm running Maui 3.2.6p14 and torque 1.0.1p6-11 on
Scientific Linux 3.0.4 (Scientific Linux is a rebuild of Redhat
Enterprise from source RPMS).
