Hi all,
we use Maui 3.2.6p13. Facing the problem that users who have jobs in
multiple queues are sometimes blocked because of
MAXJOBQUEUEDPERUSERCOUNT=4 although resources are available, we have
looked for an alternative. In the new Maui docs, it says that one can
use MAXIJOB on a per user and also per class basis to limit the number
of eligible jobs. Alas, using
CLASSCFG[DEFAULT] MAXIJOB=4
does not work. Maui just ignores the specification, it is not listed
with "diagnose -c", and all queues jobs in a class are eligible. The
correspronding USERCFG line is accepted, though, but that's not what
we want.
Is this a Maui bug or a doc bug?
Thanks in advance,
Georg.
