[Mauiusers] USEMACHINESPEED

Hi,

I was trying to use the following configuration

USEMACHINESPEED              ON
NODECFG[csflnx104.rl.ac.uk]  SPEED=0.5

but after submitting a 

qsub -l walltime 00:10:00 script.sh

the job was killed by maui after 10 minutes and
not after the 20 minutes as I had hoped.

Am I missing some extra configuration.

We have PBS walltime scaling that kills the job at the end but 
now maui is killing the job first before it gets to this point.

So I could just disable maui killing jobs with a stupidly large

JOBMAXOVERRUN 20:00:00:00

but this does not seem very clean.
