[Mauiusers] more jobs per node as the configured ppn-value

Dear all,

I have a problem with MAUI (Version 3.2.6p13). In our cluster there are
only nodes with 2 CPUs. On all nodes ppn=2 is configured.

Sometimes it happens that 3 or more jobs are scheduled to one node.

Why does this happen? Is it a bug in the MAUI-version? In older versions
this has never happened.
