Also, I see the following messages in my maui.log file:
03/30 16:00:46 MClusterClearUsage()
03/30 16:00:46 MRMClusterQuery()
03/30 16:00:46 WARNING: no resources detected

o such file or directory)
03/30 16:00:46 WARNING: cannot load checkpoint file '/usr/local/maui/maui.ck'
03/30 16:00:46 MQueueSelectAllJobs(Q,HARD,ALL,JIList,DP,Msg)
Another thing that I wanted to mention was that although I separately
compiled SGE5.3 and used the source directory when I issued the configure command
for maui, The SGE actually running on my machine is the regular 5.3 binary version.
It was not installed from the binaries that I explicitly built
But Maui seemed to compile without a problem. Is this a problem?
Currently heres the status from my qstat and checkjob
#qstat -f
queuename qtype used/tot. load_avg arch states
