xfactor is described as

(1 + <EFFQUEUETIME>) / <WALLCLOCKLIMIT>

In the example this somehow gets translated to
(<EFFQUEUETIME> + <WALLCLOCKLIMIT>) / <WALLCLOCKLIMIT>

which appears to be correct in practice, and has been for as long as I 
can remember.

Could the documentation be corrected?
