[Mauiusers] Made some showq adjustment to maui 3.2.6p11

I have made some showq adjustements and mabye there are useful to 
incorporate. This are the changes:

Added to showq two options:
   -b) list the blocked jobs equivalent with -r and -i, eg
  JobName      User               Reason
      174       bas violates active HARD MAXPS limit of 7200 for user bas

   -u) show only jobs for specified user, works for all options.
       showq -u bas
       showq -r -u bas
       showq -i -u bas
       showq -b -u bas

Must is end the diffs and is there an script or something else to 
generate the patches for maui?
