[Mauiusers] ppn=2 specification ignored

This is already set. Moreover, according to the Maui docs,
not setting EXACTNODE has the effect of interpreting ppn=2 as
a _minimal_, not an _exact_ specification. With dual-CPU
nodes, it should thus not make a difference with ppn=2
(it would with ppn=1, but this is not an issue here).
