[Mauiusers] Moab with PBS and Ganglia RM problem

Hi folks,

If you run Moab with Torque and Ganglia configured as RM's then mostly it 
works great - *except* that if you have nodes that are running Ganglia that 
are not running pbs_mom's (say your login and management nodes) then MOAB 
assumes that it can place reservations on those non-PBS nodes for jobs and 
standing reservations! :-(

Is there an option to say only consider nodes that exist in *both* RM's for 
scheduling ?
