Hello all,

We're trying to set up three standing reservations to guarantee access to 
certain nodes for certain groups, and it isn't working consistently.

We get errors like the following in the log (sorry for the line wrap):

As you can guess, the "newton" SR doesn't get created.

Showconfig produces:
