[Mauiusers] Short overview/list of MAUIs functions

Hello,

i need some short informations which policies Maui has/supports. I haven'T
found any short overview where only some main points like Preemption or
Faishare are shown. 
Can you help me or show me a link in the net or the documentation where i
can take my informations?

Does Maui have different policy-levels/layers?
