[Mauiusers] RMPOLLINTERVAL not honored

Dave,

Thanks for the fast response.  This is happening with a completely empty 
queue, as well as when there is activity, ie....job submission, showq 
etc..  BTW this is happening on 3 separate clusters I manage, all of 
which have the same versions.


[root at fyadmin2p root]# showconfig |grep RMPOLL
RMPOLLINTERVAL                  00:01:30
