[Mauiusers] New snapshot of Maui

There have been several bug fixes in the latest snapshot that will
eventually be rolled into the next Maui patch.

This bugs are those found in the following threads:

and also a few other bugs that were submitted to us from test sites.

Our internal testing shows these bugs are fixed but we would love to
have a few large sites out there test to verify that behavior is as
expected.  Please download and test the latest snapshot (dated today) if
it is possible for your site.
