[Mauiusers] Maui dies

Stewart,

   If you start up Maui under gdb, when it crashes, the gdb 'where' 
subcommand should indicate the cause.  Send us this output and we will get 
it fixed immediately.

ps.  export MAUIDEBUG=yes before starting maui to allow gdb to follow the 
process.
