[Mauiusers] Persistent reservations with setres

What we were able to reproduce in our labs, as well as a possible patch,
have been entered into bugzilla at:

If the patch does not help, please submit more information about the bug
(command entered, RESERVATION line from maui.ck) into Bugzilla.
