Close, I also had to change:

include/msched-common.h
# define MAX_MTASK         40960

include/msu.h
#define SUDEF_CPBUFFERSTEPSIZE      40960

Now it correctly handles all the jobs, although it won't display any more via
showq.

It logs the error:

08/19 17:17:49 ALERT: buffer overflow in UIQueueShowAllJobs()
08/19 17:17:49 INFO: UIQueueShowAllJobs buffer size: 259191 bytes

It might be nice to have a runtime option to showq to not show all the blocked
jobs, but instead just say how many are blocked and a message saying what
option to use to see all blocked jobs if they must.

cheers,
Chris
