You will want Name=Machine Value=node1081 Type=NBM Rate=0.66666667

There are examples of setting up a variety of charge rate types in the
Charge Rates chapter in the MAM Administrator Guide. The Name should
correspond with the attribute in the UsageRecord that the value is being
recorded in.
