[gold-users] gold problem

Functions like charge, reserve and quote fall under the scheduler role.
This means that your scheduler (LSF) will normally invoke charges and
quotes on behalf of other users under a specific user id (like root). You
will need to add this user to the scheduler role.

goldsh RoleUser Create Role=Scheduler Name=root
