[gold-users] How to charge by node-hour?

Looking at this page:

I'm struggling to understand quite what should be used to charge by
node-hour.  I think that node-time should be a VBR, but it is difficult
to be sure.  We are using gold with maui.  Is anyone else already doing
this and charging in this way?  How did you implement it if so?
