[gold-users] running Perl 5.10

Ingmar,

Just returning from vacation. There will be no database updating 
necessary. This is only necessary if one of the first two numbers 
change. This is just a maintenance update so all you need to do is 
unpack, configure, make, goldd -k and make install.
