[gold-users] Question on the GUI

Hello,
Please review the included image file.  This is what our copy of the GUI 
is looking like after I have authenticated.  The view doesn't look 
correct, and none of the sub menus can be clicked on.  I am assuming 
this is a configuration issue on our end?
The view looks the same in firefox and seamonkey.  Do you have any 
suggestions?
