Ingmar,
Assuming you have gold 2.1.6.0 or higher, try this:
goldsh ChargeRate Create Type=Multiplier Name=ComputerFactor Rate=1
Then try your gquote as before:
(There is a small chance you may need to restart goldd if it doesn;t work)
