[gold-users] mybalance problem

We have recently update Gold to 2.1.11.0.
When a user types "mybalance", the result includes not only the balance of their project, but also the balances of other projects.
The same is true for "gbalance -u username".
The additional projects seem to be those that were created without users being added to the project (a project with no users), or a command line that creates a project, but does not include users.

For example, 
gmkproject -m Saguaro -d "[Faculty Member Name], [Full Faculty Member Department]" -u <username> <project_name

seems to work ok as far as "mybalance" and "gbalance" go, but if the line is:

gmkproject -m Saguaro -d "[Faculty Member Name], [Full Faculty Member Department]" <project_name

then the problem arises.

How can we fix this?
