[gold-users] upgrade/migrate gold

Hi,

I'm installing the latest version on a new server and would like to migrate
the old database to the new server. Are there any notes on how to do this?

Here's some relative info:

Old Setup:

# /usr/local/gold/sbin/goldd --version
Gold version 2.1.4.0

# postgres --version
postgres (PostgreSQL) 8.0.8

# uname -sri
Linux 2.6.11-1.1369_FC4smp i386

New Setup:

# /usr/local/gold/sbin/goldd --version
Gold version 2.1.9.0

# postgres --version
postgres (PostgreSQL) 8.1.11

# uname -sri
Linux 2.6.18-128.el5 x86_64
