Current Openings

Vice President of Marketing

Under the general direction of the company president, the vice president of marketing drives all aspects of the company’s marketing programs, including market assessment and strategy, general marketing, product definition and positioning, development of integrated marketing strategies and promotional campaigns, communications and branding, company website and other online marketing communications, tradeshows and events, and press and analyst relations. The vice president of marketing coordinates efforts and strategies with the directors of sales and partner alliances, as well as with technical and development teams.

The vice president of marketing reports directly to the president and supervises departmental staff. At least ten years’ full-time paid professional experience in marketing, with five or more years as a marketing director or marketing executive (or equivalent role), in a high-tech enterprise with national or global markets is required. The position requires substantial experience with enterprise-level data centers, as well as marketing management and strategic planning experience and a proven track record in developing and administering a marketing program. A college degree with a concentration or major in marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, business, information technology, or a related field is required. A master’s degree in a relevant field, particularly marketing, is desirable but not required.

Java Programmers - USA

Immediate full time positions available for experienced Java GUI developers. Requires bachelor's degree plus 2-5 years' industry experience developing user interfaces.  Experience with advanced graphical frameworks such as RCP, Struts, or GWT desired. Support and Sales Engineer - United Kingdom

Work with customers and partners to help both evaluating (in the 'demo' stage of the sales cycle) and established customers effectively deploy and take advantage of Cluster Resources' products. Duties may consist of pre-sales support to deploy products on high performance computing clusters or grids, support for existing customers, providing technical training and demonstrations, and providing consulting and configuration assistance to customers as needed. The ability to handle minor custom coding using scripts and editing html code is a value-add. This position is full time, with salary based on experience and abilities.

Computer Systems Analyst - USA

The computer systems analyst will coordinate tests and analyze the initial use of the system to ensure that it performs as planned. This person will be responsible for adding new software applications to harness more computer/system power. This person will also be responsible for designing and updating software. Qualified applicant must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or equivalent Applied Science degree.

Partner Sales Account Managers - USA

Cluster Resources’ 2007 sales are more than twice those of 2006. Our product is cost efficient, bringing customers 10-30% more utilization from their hardware and helping our product to pay for itself. Our market space is rapidly growing and we need self-motivated salespeople who are not intimidated when interacting with executives of Fortune 500 companies and government institutions, and who are willing to learn fairly in-depth technical solutions. The position consists primarily of phone-based work with partners and customers, with occasional trips to trade shows.

Senior Sales Account Manager - USA

Cluster Resources is looking for outstanding enterprise technology sales professionals to sell Moab intelligent middleware and solutions to high-profile data-center owners directly and through our partner channels. The senior sales account manager must understand how to effectively manage the sales process while working within partner channels and must be comfortable dealing with C-level professionals at Fortune 1000 organizations. Sales relationships are developed primarily by phone and email, as well as by face-to-face meetings at customer sites and major industry events.

The successful candidate for the senior sales account manager position will have at least five years of proven sales experience, preferably within the high-technology industry, selling to Fortune 1000 organizations; the ability to articulate solution value propositions in business terms in response to complex technical customer requirements; polished and convincing presentation skills; the ability to manage high-level professional relationships and to close deals working through a partner channel; effective account-management skills; and excellent communication skills. Must be available to work from the company’s Provo, Utah, office facility.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills and will include salary, commissions, and benefits.

Linux C Programmer/Developer—Senior Level

Requires bachelor’s degree plus 2-5 years’ industry experience developing C programs in a Linux environment. Knowledge of high-performance computing (HPC) systems, parallel programming, and shell/Perl scripting helpful. Linux C/Perl Programmer/Developer—Junior Level

Requires bachelor’s degree. Industry experience not required but will be considered a plus. Knowledge of Linux and C programming extremely helpful.
