This patch removes the --disable-rpp option from configure.

In the Component section there is no 'build' item and in Version i can not
select version 4.0 or trunk

Did you have a patch or are you only describing what you would like to have
done?

No i have patch. I though it was attached. I will attach it tomorrow. Can not
access it now :-(

Yeah, there is some weird bug that discards attachments when submitting new
bugs.
